Cortex is the focus: website builds, hosting setup, and ongoing support for clients who need more than a one-time launch.

I founded Cortex Innovations to help small businesses, organizations, and publications get websites that fit how they actually operate.

My role covers planning, design direction, front-end buildout, hosting configuration, deployment, and support after launch. I care about the details clients often do not see: DNS, SSL, access, performance, admin workflows, and how the site is maintained over time.

Alongside Cortex, I continue to work in operational IT with IoT devices, endpoint fleets, remote kiosk systems, cellular failover, and internal network infrastructure.

A website should fit the organization, be easy to maintain, and have someone accountable behind it after launch.

  • Founded and lead a web services business focused on custom websites, hosting, and ongoing client support.
  • Work with clients on scope, site structure, design direction, deployment planning, and post-launch needs.
  • Configure and maintain Cloudflare-hosted sites, including DNS, SSL, CDN settings, basic security controls, and performance settings.
  • Build front-end interfaces and admin workflows using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Cloudflare Workers, D1, and third-party APIs.
  • Handle content updates, troubleshooting, and technical maintenance after sites go live.
  • Run Cortex as a custom alternative to template-only website services, with direct support and long-term accountability.

IoT & Network Infrastructure Specialist

  • Monitor and maintain deployed IoT infrastructure across hospitality, gaming, and sports environments.
  • Manage Teltonika cellular failover and firewall configurations through Teltonika RMS, including firmware updates, deployment validation, and remote troubleshooting.
  • Maintain Android-based IoT device deployments through SureMDM by 42Gears, including imaging, testing, provisioning, and lifecycle management.
  • Provide escalated technical support for field-deployed kiosk systems and remote network infrastructure.
  • Support internal network infrastructure including Fortigate firewalls, UniFi switching and wireless systems, cellular failover devices, and office technology systems.
  • Manage KORE Connectivity cellular deployments, SIM provisioning, usage monitoring, and customer reporting for field infrastructure.
  • Assist with RMS and RT Portal platforms used for kiosk monitoring, alerting, financial reporting, and license management.
  • Maintain company-owned technology including staff machines, printers, monitors, servers, peripherals, and internal IT assets.
